The Yog Tribe - Group Yoga Sessions

These Group Yog sessions train the mind, breath and body through Mindfulness, Breath Work and Yogasan (Body workout). It is designed to experience the timeless ancient wisdom as it applies to the real world today

Each group has max 7 students for a more personal touch. Each session for every group is completely unique for best result.

Shwaas - Pranayam Program

Shwaas in Sanskrit means Breath. These group sessions are specially curated with a mix of breathing and meditation techniques to help 

Each session is 30 mins.

The Good Vibes - Flow Meditation Sessions

"Flow Meditation" is a unique technique devised by Amey to help soothe your mind and soul. We also guide on how to employ these techniques in real life for making your body systems healthier and life more joyful!

These sessions include exclusive live handpan by Amey!
